Nominations au conseil d'administration

Suite à la finalisation de la reprise de l’AS Nancy Lorraine par les nouveaux investisseurs à la fin de l’année dernière, une assemblée générale des actionnaires s’est tenue afin de procéder à la nomination de nouveaux membres du conseil d’administration. Messieurs Randy Frankel, Paul Conway et Michael Kalt sont nommés administrateurs et monsieur Chien Lee est nommé président du conseil d’administration.

Chien Lee, président du conseil d’administration : « Dans cette période d’incertitude, la composition de ce nouveau conseil d’administration apporte une solide connaissance financière et business à même de supporter le nouveau management mis en place récemment et s’engage à sauvegarder la pérennité et le sucées de notre grand club.»

BOARDROOM APPOINTMENTS

Following the successful takeover of AS Nancy Lorraine by the new investors at the end of last year, a general assembly was held during January in order determine the new structure of the board. Mrs Randy Frankel, Paul Conway and Michael Kalt have been appointed as directors of the board and Mr Chien Lee has now been appointed as Chairman of the board.
